Managing Partner Dr Priscilla Mifsud-Parker is a private client lawyer who advises families and entrepreneurs on all matters of investment migration, citizenship, residency, tax and estate planning. She specialises in wealth structuring and preservation for business families and high net worth individuals.
Dr Mifsud-Parker also advises on wealth and business structuring for high net-worth individuals, families and their advisors. In the structuring field, her main speciality is tailoring solutions for the optimisation and protection of high value assets and reorganisation of complex structures. Priscilla’s background and experience has enabled her to assist clients in structuring their wealth through well-structured, licensed entities such as trusts, PTCs and investment funds. Priscilla has handled the setup of the first Malta crypto exchange in 2013 at a time when no regulatory framework was existent internationally. Priscilla’s deep understanding of Malta’s legislation permits her to identify and design structures that meet client requirements while also meeting regulatory approval on an ongoing basis.
Dr Mifsud-Parker advises extensively on Maltese tax residency, the Maltese Permanent Residence Programme and residence routes to Maltese citizenship for investors. She is duly authorised to act as a licensed agent in terms of the Agents (Licences) Regulations, 2020 (L.N. 435 of 2020) and bound by the “Licence Agreement and Code of Conduct and Ethics for Agents” entered into with Community Malta Agency.
